La mission de RTLC est de servir la communauté lao et d'agir en tant que communicateur entre les laotiens à travers le monde.
Notre programme contient des résumés de nouvelles locales voire internationales incluant des nouvelles du Laos ainsi que des divertissements sous forme de pré-enregistrement ( en streaming ) et ce, 24h / 7js par l'intermédiaire de l'internet.
